The enthronement of social justice, peace and sustainable development for all is at the core of the United Nations global mandate towards all men and all nations. The paper contends that providing ethically conducive climate is the foundation that should help to inject more budding entrepreneurs into the Nigerian economy as well as sustain the available ones. From the content analysis technique which was used to analyze the data the following factors were observed as the ethical challenges militating against entrepreneurship development in Nigeria namely: lack of integrity, power struggle, lack of accountability, conflicting economic and political objectives, ethnicity, undue profit motivation, government's poor attitude and patronage. The work adopted survey approach using primary and secondary data as source of data. in fostering entrepreneurship development in Africa with Nigeria as a case study. This paper will therefore seek to examine the place of promoting ethical culture. Ethical culture has been noted as a strong influence that promotes strong economies that are private sector driven. While some societies or nations abound with entrepreneurs due to their prevailing positive ethical conditions, others have fewer of them on account of inherent unethical economic practices within them. It is against this backdrop that that this work seeks to examine the rising trend of social injustice in Nigeria and the place of ethical education as the way forward. The increasing reluctance or implied connivance of the present political leadership with regards to charting a way forward out of these murky waters of internally imposed injustice no doubt compounds to position our nation on a path of self destruction.

In every society social injustice is unavoidable, however it becomes very worrisome as is being witnessed today in our country where they are allowed to linger to the extent of posing threat to our continued corporate existence and survival. Nigeria though described as the biggest economy in Africa has continued to retain the status of a nation driven by diverse forms of social injustice such as economic, political, educational, religious, infrastructural, ethnic and gender inequality. Although social injustice is a global phenomenon the case of Nigeria as a nation has remained an intractable one.
